open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later

paste element 15 as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle

of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside element 15 paste a

paper of choice over the selected area invert hit delete select none and

move below element 15 paste your tube of choice as a new layer and place

to your liking

paste decor 4 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these at the sides

of element 15 paste the vine as a new layer resize duplicate as many as

you like and place along the top and bottom of element 15 arrange how you

like

paste element 6 as a new layer resize and place behind the tube layer

paste paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a

mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer

paste rose 2 as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and place

to your liking

paste decor as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like

paste the skulls as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and

place these to your liking add any other elements to your liking if  you like

add your filters and drop shadows to the tag add your name copyrite

info your credit if happy save as png
