SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED BLUE CHRISTMAS BY PINK PLEASURES SCRAPS

open the template in psp add a new white layer and place below all layers

click on raster layer 2 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice

over the selected area invert and hit delete dont deselect yet paste a tube

of choice over the area again and hit delete select none then delete the

original raster layer

click on raster layer 12 select all float defloat layers new layer and fill

with a color of choice add some noise to it then delete the original layer

do the same for the rest of the layers adding papers and colors of choice

paste and other tube of choice and place where you like

paste elements 51,27,46 and 38 as new layers resize to your liking and place

where you like

paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask

of choice to it merge group the mask layer add your filters and shadows to the tag

crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save

as png
