THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED DARK ANGEL BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later
paste a frame of choice as a new layer resize and place in the middle of the
canvas paste your tube of choice as a new layer and place where you like
paste a paper of choice place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it
paste the moon as a new layer and place below all layers but above the mask
layer paste leaves3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these along the
bottom of the frame paste decor4,paper,clock and watch as new layers resize
these to your liking and place where you like
paste a bow of choice duplicate and place where you like paste the lightning as a new
layer resize duplicate and place these where you like paste the some sparkles as new
layers resize and place to your liking paste a ribbon,wings and cross as new layers
resize duplicate and place these where you like
paste the feather as a new layer resize and place to your liking add any other
elements from th ekit if you like add your drop shadows and filters crop and resize
the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
