open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later

paste frame 3 as a new layer resize and place in the middle of the canvas

take the selection tool set to rectangle and make a selection on the frame

and paste the bg or a paper overthe selected area invert and hit delete select

none move under the frame layer

paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask

of choice to it merge group the mask layer

paste a tube of your choice as a new layer place to your liking

paste the ivy as a new layer resize if you like duplicate as many as

you like and place them around the frame paste a cross hat candles

and ribbon as new layers resize to your liking and arrange where you like

paste the skulls as a new layer resize duplicate if you like and place

where you like

paste the chain as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the wire as a

new layer and place below all layers but above the mask layer add any other

elements to it if you like add your drop shadows and filters to the tag crop and

resize add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
