Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

Paste the frame from the kit as a new layer resizes a little duplicate and place

These side by side merge them both together take the selection tool and make

A selection on the frame paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and

Hit delete select none move below the frame layer

Paste the lights as a new layer resize so they fit across the top of the frame

Duplicate image flip and move to the bottom of the frame and duplicate image rotate 90 and place to the left

of the frame duplicate and image mirror to the

Other side of the frame

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of

Choice to it merge group the mask layer

Paste one of the texts as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like

Paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste 2 of the signs as new layers resize

and place these where you like

Paste the beads as a new layer resize duplicate and arrange to your liking

Paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place on the

beads paste the bow with holly as a new layer and place on the frame where the frame has joined

Paste add any other elements from the kit if you like add a dark drop shadow to all layers makes it look 

better I think crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
