SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED SPECIAL GIFT BY MYSELF

WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE

TEMPLATE 80 BY MYSELF HERE

FONT OF CHOICE

open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 3 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice

over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube/s of choice over the selected area 

move to where you want them and hit delete on each of them select none delete the original layer

Do the same for the rest of the layers if you like adding papers and tubes to the hearts paste the rose as a new

layer resize duplicate as many as you like and place these to your liking paste the netting as a new layer 

duplicate 3 times and place these around the bottom layer paste bow 2 as a new layer resize to your liking 

duplicate as many as you like and place them to your liking

Paste another bow of choice as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like paste the sparkles

as a new layer resize to your liking and place to your liking paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place 

where you like add any other elements to the tag add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag

Add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
