SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED VINTAGE VALENTINE BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later
Paste frame 5 as a new layer resize to your liking and place in the middle of the canvas paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below the frame layer and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer
Paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place where you like paste ribbon 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the top of the frame behind it paste the paste the leaves as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate 90 to the left or right and place these behind the ribbon layers
Paste the candles as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange these around the tube and frame paste the pillow as a new layer resize and place near the tube paste the box as a new layer resize and place this near the tube also
Paste the heart as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these under the ribbon layers image rotate 25 to the left or right
Paste the key and letter as new layer resize to your liking and place these around the candles paste one of the roses as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking paste the our fume bottle and jewel as new layers resize and arrange to your liking add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
