THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED LOVE IS BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT OF CHOICE
open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below the frame layer add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking
Paste the text 3 as a new layer resize to your liking and place in front of the frame then take your text tool and add a word of choice to it colour is up to you
Paste the chain as a new layer an place across the text use the eraser to erase some parts of it like I did
Paste doodle 2 as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste doodle as a new layer resize duplicate and place under the frame layer at the top and bottom paste the key and ribbon 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like paste pearls 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like
Paste box 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit of happy save as png
