MASKS USED MASK 431 BY VIX
BECKYS MASK 109 HERE
FONT USED MRS BLACKFORT
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 4 as a new layer resize to your liking an place in the middle of the canvas paste a tube of your choice and place on the frame paste a paper of choice and add vix mask to it merge group the mask layer paste another paper and add Becky’s mask to it and merge group the mask layer
Paste the harp as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like paste the doodle as a new layer resize to your liking and place under all layers to the right paste the mirror as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like
Paste the rose as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place where you like paste flower 2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place where you like paste the butterflies as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place under the tube layer and move these where you like
Paste sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking and place on the first mask layer paste sparkles 3 as a new layer resize if you like and place on top of all layers add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
