THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY EUGENE RZHEVSKII YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED TATTOO BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK USED MASK 349 BY VIX
FONT USED RAGE ITALIC LET
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 2 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame layer paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to the right of the frame
Paste tattoo 4 as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the right of the tube and move below the tube take the magic wand again and click inside the frame modify expand by 2 and paste wire 2 as a new layer invert and hit delete select none move below the frame
Paste tattoo 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the frame paste décor as a new layer resize if you like duplicate and place these at the top and bottom of the frame paste tattoo 5 as a new layer resize and place on the frame paste glitter 2 as a new layer and place on the frame paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
