THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ISMAEL RAC YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED CHEEKY BUNNY PINK BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED DOTUM
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer resize if you like an place in the middle of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside each of the squares on it modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame paste frame 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on top of frame 3
Do as you did above pasting a paper of choice over the selected area take the magic wand again and click inside parts of the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a tube of choice over the selected part invert and hit delete select none move below the frame do the same for the rest of the frame/s making sure they are all below the frames
Paste ribbon 2 as a new layer resize so it fits along frame 3 paste the fluffy heart as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the corners if frame 3 paste ribbon 4 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on frame 3 paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place on the duplicated ribbon 4
Paste the sparkles as a new layer duplicate and place these at the top and bottom of the frames placing under all layers paste the handcuffs and bunny as a new layers resize these to your liking duplicate and place to your liking paste a tube of choice as anew layer and place in the middle of the canvas paste the fluffy ball as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place behind the tube layer add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
