THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ELIAS CHATZOUDIS YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED CUTE BUNNY BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED MTF LEXI BY MISS TIINA HERE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like and image rotate 90 to the left or right take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame
Paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas paste the banner as a new layer resize to your liking take the selection tool and make a selection on the banner like you are going to cut it in half then copy the half that is selected and hit delete select none paste the half you have just copied as a new layer and place these at the sides of the frame
Paste the Easter eggs as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange around the back of the tube paste the eggs as a new layer resize and place below the tube layer paste bunny 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place these around the tube
Paste the basket as a new layer resize and place to the right of the tube paste flower 2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these on the frame paste the ivy as a new layer resize duplicate and place these at the sides of the frame paste a ribbon and the chick as new layers resize to your liking an place where you like paste the flower trail as a new layer resize to your liking and place inside the frame
Paste the leafs as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste the butterfly as a new layer resize to duplicate and place where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
