THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY LADY MISHKA YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED PUNK LOLITA BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK USED MASK 54 BY VIX
FONT USED FREESTYLE SCRIPT
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame from the kit as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place the together side by side then merge them both together take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 2 and paste a tube/s of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete move these below the frame layer
Do the same again but paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below all layers paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer image rotate the mask layer 90 to the left or right resize a little and move over the left duplicate image mirror to the other side
Paste stars 2 as a new layer and place below all layers paste a tube of choice as a new layer an place in the middle of the canvas paste the symbol as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the frame paste the netting as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these below all layers but above the mask layer
Paste the bag,apple and bunny 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place these to the left side of the frame paste the skateboard,cupcake and lollipops as new layers resize to your liking and place these where you like paste ribbon 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste the bow as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like
Add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
