THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED YOLANDA CLOVER BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK USED MASK 01 BY MILLIE HERE
FONT USED NUEVA STD COND
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 5 as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of the canvas take the selection tool set to point to point and make a selection on the all way around the frame and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame
Paste another paper of choice and place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste a tube of choice as a new layer an place to your liking paste harp 1 and 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place these to the sides of the frame paste sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking and place inside the frame duplicate
Paste the glitter garland as a new layer and place behind the tube duplicate and move it up a little paste the box as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the beads as a new layer and place behind the tube layer paste clover 1 and 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like
Paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize so its small duplicate and place on the harp paste decor as a new layer image rotate 90 to the left or right and place on the right side of the frame duplicate and move it up a little paste the pearl swirl as a new layer resize to your liking and place inside the frame add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
