THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ISMAEL RAC YOU CAN GET LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED AVRIL BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE # 4 BY SABINE HERE THANKS

FONT USED CENTIME
Open the template in psp and go to canvas size and set it 700x700 then layers new layer and add a new layer move it to the bottom and fill with white the click on layer 1 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do this for all layers adding papers to them I added some noise to a few of then instead of papers but its up to you once done paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking
then click on layer 14 select all float defloat and paste a tube of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none do the same for layer 15 paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer then paste the glass as a new layer duplicate and place place these below all layers but above the mask layer and move to the top
paste the labels as a new layers resize to your liking and place where you like on the tag paste beads2,arrow and can as new layers resize these to your liking and place where you like around the tag paste the scroll,cap,crown and barcode as new layers resize these to your liking and place where you like on the tag
paste the hearts,ribbon3 and the sparkles as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
