THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED

Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste the film strip frame as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place them side by side then merge them both together take the selection tool and make a selection on the merge frame and paste a paper of your choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame layer
paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place under the frame layer duplicate image mirror to the other side use the selection tool to get rid of any excess and drop the opacity to around 65 on each paste another tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the mesh as a new layer resize image rotate 90 to the left or right and place behind the tube layer
paste the label as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the sides of the frame paste the nail polish,needle and bottle as new layers resize to your liking and place these where you like paste the hearts4 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the sides of the frame paste the bead chain as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like
paste a bow of choice resize to your liking duplicate and place these on top of the hearts4 paste the tag sticker as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the polaroid as a new layer resize to your liking then take the magic wand and click inside it and add a tube of choice to it select none merge them both together then duplicate as many as you like and arrange to your liking paste heart 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these on the frame paste the glitter as a new layer duplicate and place these under all layers and move to the top paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place under the tube layer and move to the sides add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
