THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED PIRATE BABE BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED 0 WHOA DNA
MASK USED BY VIX 349 HERE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame as a new layer resize to liking image rotate 90 to the left or right duplicate and place these side by side then merge them both together take the selection tool and make a selection on the now merged frame paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame
Paste the wire as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these under the frame and move to the corners paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the palm tree as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the sides of the tube
Paste the ships wheel as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the top corners of the frame paste the rope as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and mirror one of them to the other side and place these on the frame paste the bombs as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and arrange on the bottom of the frame
Paste anchor map and money as new layers resize to your liking and place these to your liking paste the ric rac as a new layer and place under the frame at the bottom and move it up a little so it’s showing just a bit paste ribbon 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these at the bottom of the frame paste metal label as a new layer resize to your liking and place at the bottom of the tube paste the flag as a new layer resize duplicate and place these where you like
Paste the chain 3 as a new layer resize to your liking image flip and place these under the frame layer and move to the top paste any other elements to the Tag if you like paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
