THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED RED RIDING HOOD BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
MASK # 1 BY VAYBS HERE
FONT USED CENTIME
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste the frame as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like and take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 4 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select and move below the frame paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas paste the wolf as a new layer resize to your liking and place behind the tube and move to the right of it
paste the vine as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and arrange these around the frame paste ivy and ivy 2 as new layers resize duplicate as many as you like and arrange these around the tube layer paste the basket as a new layer resize and place in front of the tube paste the apple and cupcake as new layers resize to your liking and duplicate as many as you like and arrange around the tube and basket
paste the wood and ribbon as new layers resize to your liking and place these on the left side of the tube paste the button as a new layer resize duplicate and place on the top corners of the frame paste the cherries as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the ivy paste the netting as a new layer resize duplicate and place these under the frame and to the sides of it paste the butterflies as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and arrange around the tag paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
