THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY UNHOLY VAULT DESIGNS YOU CAN GET LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED MAGENTA BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED LIBERTY BT
Open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these side by side and merge them both together and move to the centre of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of your choice over the selected area invert and hot delete don’t deselect yet paste tube/s or close ups over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move these below the frame on the tube layer duplicate then on the original layer go to adjust-blur-gaussian blur with a radius of 3 then on the duplicated layer change the blend mode to screen
then add a filter of your choice to the duplicated layer paste ribbon 4 as a new layer resize so it fits along the bottom of the frame duplicate it then paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking in between the 2 ribbons paste the ivy and rose 2 as new layers resize to you liking duplicate them both image rotate the ivy and place these at the sides of the frame
paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the bottom corners of the frame paste ribbon 3 and butterfly 2 as new layers resize these to your liking duplicate and place the ribbons behind the tube layer and place the butterfly on the ribbons paste the crow and flower 4 as new layers resize these to your liking duplicate and place these at the bottom of the frame near the tube
paste flower 2 and the scroll as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the top corners of the frame paste the skull as a new layer resize duplicate and place these at the top corners of the frame paste rose 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place on top of the frame near the flowers and scroll
paste the feathers as a new layer resize duplicate 3 times and arrange these around the top of the frame and move behind all layers paste the web as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate image rotate one and place these under the frame paste the lace as a new layer resize so it fits across the bottom of the frame paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking and place under the frame also paste the glitter as a new layer duplicate as many as you like and arrange around the tag below all layers add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
