THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY SKY SCRAPS YOU CAN GET LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED MY PART OF PUSSIECAT DOLL BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE 88 BY ME HERE
MASK#41 IN WEEK 10 BY AQUA HERE
FONT USED 2 PEAS UNCONVENTIONAL
Open the template in psp and go to canvas size and set it 700x700 then click on the © layer delete it x out the text layers for now then click on layer
click on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for copy of layer 4 then do the same for layers 2,3,5 and copy of layer 5 adding papers of choice to then and then delete the original layers paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer
paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking then click on the text layers UN x them and on them both select all float defloat modify expand by 3 layers new layer and fill with a colour of choice select none then move under the text layers and add some noise to them ,paste the music notes as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste the glass as a new layer resize duplicate and place these at the ends of the text layers
paste the lights as a new layer resize duplicate and place these along the text layers paste a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking paste the décor as a new layer resize duplicate and place behind the glass layers paste a bow of choice resize duplicate and place to your liking paste the badge and star 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place around the text layers paste the sparkles 2 as a new layer resize and place where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
