THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED KAYLA BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED LONDON REGULAR
MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 3 as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like to your liking then take the selection tool and make a selection on the frame and paste a tube of your choice over the selected area move to the left side of the frame invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet and then paste a paper of choice over the area hit delete select none and move these below the frame
paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer then paste the netting as a new layer and place below all layers but above the mask layer and move to the left side of the frame paste ribbon 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place on the side and the bottom of the frame paste vine 2 as a new layer resize and place on the left side of the frame
paste the stars heart and string as new layers resize to your liking and arrange these on the left side of the frame as well paste flowers 2 candy and star 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place these where you like paste the button as a new layer resize duplicate and place on the top of the frame paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to the right of the frame paste star 3 and décor as new layers resize to your liking and place around the tube paste the feather as a new layer resize duplicate and arrange to your liking paste the glitter and stars as new layers resize to your liking and place where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
