SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED LADY IN BLACK BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED CHOCOLATE CALIENTE
MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste lace frame as a new layer resize to your liking and move to the left a little then take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t select and then paste a tube of choice over the selected area and hit delete select none and move these below the frame layer
paste a tube of choice as a new layer and move to the right of the frame paste the cherry blossom as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking around the tube and frame paste the rose with petals as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange to your liking around the tube paste the flowers as a new layer resize duplicate and place on the blossom
paste the cat hat and mask as new layers resize to your liking and place around the tube paste the feather as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and arrange the tube paste the winged skull and butterfly 2 as new layers resize duplicate and place these to your liking paste the sun ray as a new layer resize and place inside the frame paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers add a mask of your choice it merge group the mask layer add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
