THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ISMAEL RAC YOU CAN GET LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED LIVING DOLL WHICH YOU CAN
PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE 409 BY MISSY HERE
FONT USED CENTIME
MASK 84 BY WEESCOTSLASS HERE
Open the template in psp and go to canvas size and set it 700x700 then click on the © layer delete it click on layer frame back select all float defloat and paste 2 tubes of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a paper of choice over the selected area and hot delete select none and delete the original layer click on frame layer and add some noise to it
click on frame back 2 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer add some noise to frame 2 click on square left select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none delete the original layer do the same for the square right ,rectangle and circle
paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste the glitter as a new layer duplicate and place these under all layers but above the mask layer and move to the sides paste the text as a new layer resize if you like and place behind the tube layer
paste the shoes as a new layer resize duplicate and place at the ends of the text paste the scattered stars as a new layer resize to your liking and place under the text duplicate image flip and move up to the top of the tag and move below all layers but above the mask layer paste the scattered bling as a new layer resize and place under the text as well
paste a ribbon of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking paste the streamer as a new layer resize image rotate 90 to the left or right and place under the text layer paste the beads as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place to your liking paste beads 2 as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the button as a new layer resize duplicate and place under beads 2 paste ribbon 3 as a new layer resize duplicate image rotate 90 to the left or right and place where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
