Open
a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste
frame 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place in the middle
of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify
expand by 2 and then paste a paper of choice over the selected area
invert and hit delete select none move below the frame paste a paper
of choice as a new layer place below all layers add a mask of choice
to it merge group the mask layer

a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the
sand as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and place
these behind the tube and at the bottom of the frame paste the clam
star fish and rock as new layers resize these to your liking and
place around the tube
paste
the seaweed as a new layer resize if you like and place at the sides
of the frame paste the crown as a new layer resize and place at the
side of the tube paste the décor as a new layer resize to your
liking duplicate and place these under the frame layer and move to
the sides paste the curtain as a new layer resize duplicate and place
at the sides of the frame
paste
the wire mesh as a new layer resize and place to the right side of
the frame paste décor 2 as a new layer resize so it fits across the
frame and move to the top of the frame paste the fish and seahorse as
new layers resize these to your liking duplicate as many as you like
and arrange to your liking in the frame paste the harp and waves as
new layers resize and place in the frame paste the bubbles as a new
layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place
these where you like paste the netting as a new layer resize
duplicate as many as you like and place along the top of the frame
add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and
shadows to the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy
save as png or add some animation to it
ANIMATION

open
animation shop then back to psp and x out the © layers,name and tube
layers and some of the bubbles then copy merge the tag and paste as a
new animation in ani shop the go to effects-insert image effect and
click on underwater effect and use these settings or play around with
the settings then hit OK
then go back to psp and then un x the layers
U have x out then x out the rest of the layers then copy merge the
tag and paste as a new animation in ani shop then click on duplicate
and duplicate it so you have 10 frames or however many frames you
have on the main animation
then select
all-copy then click back on the main animation select all and paste
into selected frame and place it on the animation try to place it how
it was in psp once done press play and check see I it runs OK if so
save your new animation
