Open
the template in psp delete the © delete the text layers then click
on layer 13 select all float defloat and paste a tube of your choice
as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select
none and delete the original layer the add the filter cybi-screen
works-dot screen settings play around till you get what you like hit
ok then do the same again for layers 11,4 and 6 once done add some
noise to layers 5,3,12,7 and 10 once done paste a tube of your choice
as a new layer and place to your liking then click on layer 21 select
all float defloat and paste a paper of your choice as a new layer
invert and hit delete select none then delete the original layer do
this for the remaining layers
then
paste the glitter as a new layer and place below all layers paste the
wire as a new layer and place this to your liking paste the string as
a new layer and place to your liking paste the splatter as a new
layer resize to your liking and place below the tube layer paste the
jelli beans as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place
on the top corners of the template paste candy6 bow 2 and ribbon bow
as new layers resize duplicate and place these on top of the jelli
beans
paste
candy 4 lolli 2 and the star as new layers resize these to your
liking duplicate and arrange around the tube layer paste the dice and
cupcake 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place where you
like paste bow 3 as a new layer resize duplicate 3 times and place
these to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like
add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name
copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
