SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED VA VA VOOM BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED CARPENTER
MASK OF CHOICE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste city 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place in the middle of the canvas duplicate image flip and change reduce the opacity to your liking paste a tube of your choice and place where you like paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers add a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer
paste the wire as a new layer resize and place below the city layer paste the signpost as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the right side of the tube paste the Eiffel tower as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate 2 times and place these behind the city paste text 3 as a new layer resize and place along the bottom of the city
paste the text as a new layer duplicate and place these to your liking paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and place these on the city at the sides paste glitter 2 as a new layer resize duplicate a few times and place around and below the tube layer paste the sparkles as a new layer duplicate 2 times and place these on the city and mask layers add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
