THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY VERYMANY YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED EMOLUTION 3 BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE #137 BY DEB HERE

FONT USED RESPECTIVE
Open the template in psp delete the © delete the text layers then click on layer 18 select all float defloat and paste a tube/s of your choice over the area invert and hit delete select none then click on layer 17 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do this again for layers 14,13 once done click on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the same area and hit delete select none and delete the original layer
then click 20 on layer select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select none delete the original layer do this for the remaining layers once done paste star 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste the glitter as a new layer duplicate and place these at the corners of the tag paste the star scatters and ribbon and bow 3 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like
paste the heart beads 4 and button 2 as new layers resize to your liking and arrange to your liking paste décor beads beads 2 and string 2 as new layers resize to your liking and arrange to your liking paste ribbon and bow 2 as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking add any other elements if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
