THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ISMAEL RAC YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED VAMPATTITUDE BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE #110 BY DEB HERE
MASK OF CHOICE
FONT USED CARPENTER SCRIPT
Open the template in psp delete the © delete the text layers then click on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice as a new layer place over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the same area and hit delete select none and delete the original layer then add some noise to layer 3 do the same again for layers 6 and 5 once done paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place where you like
click on layer 10 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice as over the area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do the same for the remaining layers then paste heart 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like paste the cross as a new layer resize duplicate and place these at the side of the tube layer paste the netting as a new layer resize and place to the right of the tube below all layers
paste the roses as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking paste the glitter and dots as new layers resize duplicate and place where you like on the tag paste string 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and arrange to your liking paste the sequins as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer add any other elements of choice add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
