THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY ELIAS CHATZOUDIS YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED HAPPY BIRTHDAY BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
TEMPLATE 176 BY MYSELF HERE
FONT OF CHOICE

open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 5 select all float defloat and paste a tube of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none do this for layers 12 and 13 once done 7 select all float defloat and paste a paper of your choice over the selected area invert an hit delete select none and then delete layer 7 do this to the remaining layers except layers 16,17,18 and the text layers adding papers of your choice to them once done click on layer 16 and add some noise to it do this for layers 17,18 once done add your tube of choice and place where you like

Click on one of the text layers and do as above adding a paper of choice to it then add some noise to the layer under it do this for the other text layer once done paste the clock as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the right of the tube and move below it then paste banner 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place below the birthday text paste the cake as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the side of the birthday text paste the streamer as a new layer resize duplicate and place these under the birthday text
Paste the scatters as a new layer resize and place under the birthday text then paste the gift 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place at the end of the birthday text behind it paste the banner as a new layer resize and place under the birthday text and above your tube layer
Paste the invite and badge as new layers resize to your liking and place the invite to the left of the tube and the badge to the right of the tube paste the streamer again resize image rotate 90 to the left duplicate and place these on the ends of the happy text paste the stars 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these behind the tube layer to your liking paste the sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like add your shadows and any filters you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
