THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE

SUPPLIES NEEDED

TEMPLATE 184 BY MYSELF HERE
FONT USED CARPENTER SCRIPT

open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 6 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do this again for copy of layer 6 once done paste your tube of choice and place in the middle of the canvas above all layers
open the template in psp delete the © layer click on layer 6 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do this again for copy of layer 6 once done paste your tube of choice and place in the middle of the canvas above all layers
Then click on layer 9 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer do this for the remaining layers once done paste the glitter as a new layer duplicate and place one at the top left of the tag under all layers and the other to the bottom right under all layers
Paste the coins as a new layer resize to your liking and duplicate as many as you like and arrange the bottom of the tube paste the apple as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the side of the tube layer paste the pearl swirl as a new layer resize if you like and place between some of the layers paste the pin as a new layer resize and place at the top of the tag
Paste the sticker, harp and flower as new layers resize to your liking and place these to the right of the tube paste the paste bow 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking paste the hat as a new layer resize to your liking and place to the right of the tube
Paste tag 2 as a new layer resize and place to the left of the tube paste the beads as a new layer resize and place to the left of the tube paste the sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and place these behind the tube layer
add any other elements to the tag if you like add your shadows and any filters you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
