SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP X3 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED GORJUSS-FALLEN ANGEL BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED MTF WHIMSY BY MISS TIINA HERE
MASK USED MASK 431 BY VIX
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 4 as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of the canvas paste a tube of your choice and place in the middle of the frame paste a paper of your choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer
Paste the skulls as a new layer resize a little an place behind the tube duplicate and image mirror paste flower 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the sides of the frame paste harp 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate image rotate 25 to the left or right and place these under the flowers
Paste the clear ball as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the sides of the harps paste the sunflower as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste the butterflies as a new layer resize so they fit inside the frame and place under the frame layer
Paste the halo as a new layer resize to your liking and place on the tube layer use the eraser tool to make it look like it goes around her feet add any other elements to the tag of you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
