THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED SPRING GODDESS BY MYSELF AND
VICKI
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED PARK AVENUE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste ele 16 as a new layer resize to your liking image mirror and place these side by side in the middle of the canvas paste a paper of choice and place under all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste ele 8 as a new layer resize duplicate 2 times and place 2 under ele 16 and the other on top of ele 16
Paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas paste flowers 2 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place these all along the bottom of the tube paste flower 2 and rose 2 as new layers resize these to your liking duplicate and place these at the sides of ele 16
Paste the ribbon as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate 90 to the left or right duplicate and place these under the flowers and roses paste the sparkles as a new layer and place above the mask layer paste ele 32 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these under ele 8 on the top corners of ele 16
Paste ele 21 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the sides of the tube layer paste the leaves as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these on the sides of ele 16 paste ele 27 as a new layer resize duplicate and arrange these to your liking
Paste ele 25 and 29 as new layers resize to your liking and place these where you like add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
