THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY LADY MISHKA
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED EMO TAILS BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED 0 WHOA DNA
MASK USED BY VIX 147 HERE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate 90 to the left or right and move to the middle of the canvas take the magic wand and click inside the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame layer paste another paper of choice as a new layer place below the all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer
Click on the frame layer again and click inside part of the frame modify expand by 3 and paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the frame do the same for the rest of the frame then paste netting 2 as a new layer duplicate as many as you like and rotate some of them to your liking and place these below and around the frame
Paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the skate as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like paste bow 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place these on the fame paste the key chain as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like
Paste heart 3 as a new layer resize to your liking and place this where you like paste the button, flower and ribbon 3 as new layers resize these to your liking and arrange on top of each other like I have done paste string 3 as a new layer resize and place under one of the bows paste heart 4 as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the sparkles as a new layer duplicate and place these to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
