THIS TUTORIAL WAS WRITTEN FOR THOSE
THAT HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)
TUBE OF CHOICE
I USED ARTWORK BY VERYMANY YOU CAN GET A LICENCE HERE
SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED GUITAR HERO BY MYSELF
WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE
FONT USED RAGE ITALIC LET
MASK USED BY VIX 349 HERE
Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste frame 2 as new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these side by side and move one of them up or down a little merge them both together take the magic wand and click inside the merge frames modify expand by 3 and paste the decor over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame layer
Paste the city scene as a new layer and place on top of the frame resize if you like paste the light as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the sides of the frame under the city scene paste a tube of choice as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas paste the music notes as a new layer and place along the city scene paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add the mask to it merge group the mask layer paste the roses as a new layer resize to your liking and duplicate as many as you like and place these along the bottom of the city scene paste the ribbon as a new layer and place behind the tube layer resize it you like paste shield as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place where you like and rotate them to your liking paste the rose as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place on the ends of the city scene paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and place these on the ends of the ribbon paste the microphone as a new layer resize to your liking and place where you like add any other elements from the kit if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
