open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

paste frame 3 as a new layer duplictae and then resize them both so the fit side by side so put them side by

side lol then take merge them together then take the selection tool and make a selection on thenow merged 

frame and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none and move below the

frame paste a tube of choice and place under the frame but above the paper layer

use the selection tool to erase any excess do the same for the other side

paste a paper of choice as a newlayer and place under all layers add a mask of choice to it merge group the 

mask layer paste another tube of choice and paste where you like paste the garland as a new ayer resize so it 

fits across the frame paste ribbon and bow 3 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place where 

you like paste bauble 3 as a new layer reszie duplicate and place to your liking

paste tree 3,bear with lights,presents and ribbon 3 as new layers resize these to your liking and place where 

you like paste the snow as a new layer resize so it fits inside the frame and place under the frame above the 

tubes paste the snowflakes as a new layer reszie duplicate and place these on the tubes if you like add any 

other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize add your name 

copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
