open the template in psp delete the © layer and the text layer if you like

then click on one of the layers select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the 

selected area invert and hit delete select none and then delete the original layer do the same for the rest of the

layers once you have all layers filled with papers of choice paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and 

place to your liking

paste the lights and a ribbon of choice and place to your liking on the tag paste tree 2 as a new layer resize 

duplicate and place to your liking paste present as a new layer resize duplicate and put these where you like 

paste the glitter and snowflakes as new layers resize duplicate and place where you like paste the wreath and 

mittens as new layers resize and put where you like paste a paper of choice and place below all layers and 

add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer add any other elements to the tag if you like add your 

filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as
