open a new canvas 700x700 72dpi white we can crop and resize later

paste frame 2 as a new layer resize if you like an dplace in the middle of

the canvas paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking

paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask

of choice to it merge group the mask layer

paste decor 2 as a new layer resize duplicate and place where you like

paste leaves 4 and 5 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and arrange how

you like paste the clock,one of the candles and pearls as new layers resize to your

liking and place these where you like paste the cross,decor and a ribbon of choice

as new layers resize and arrange to your liking

paste the butterfly as a new layer resize duplicate and place these where

you like paste the ivy as a new layer resize and place to your liking

add any other elements to the kit if you like add your drop shadows

and filters to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info

your credit if happy save as png
