open the template in psp add a new white layer and place below all layers

click on layer 4 select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the

selected area invert and hit delete select none and delete the original layer

paste a paper of choice from the kit place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the

mask layer click on layer 3 select all flot defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and 

hit delete dont deselect yet paste a tube of choice over the selected area and hit delete select none and move 

these below layer 3 do the same for copy of layer 3 then

click on layer 2 and use the selection tool to get rid of the text on them then select all float defloat and paste a

paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none delete the original layer do the same 

for copy of layer 2

paste another tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste elements 6,7,and 8 as new layers

resize duplicate and place these to your liking paste elements 17,49 and 52 as new layers resize duplicate and 

place to your liking paste elements 56,23 and 51 as new layers resize duplicate and arrange to your liking 

paste element 58 as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag 

add your filters and drop shadows to your tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit 

if happy save as png
