open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste the filmstrip as a new layer 

resize if you like and place in the middle of the canvas then take the magic wand and click inside the filmstrip

modify expand by 2 and paste a tube of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete tehn paste a paper

of choice and hit delete select none and move these under the filmstrip

paste your tube of choice as a new layer and place where you like paste a tree of choice as a new layer resize 

duplicate and place these where you like

paste a few of the presents as new layers resize to you liking and place where you like paste one of the beads

as a new layer resize and place where you like paste the holly as a new layer resize duplicate and place to 

your liking

paste the snowman box,candy cane and sparkles as new layers resize duplicate and arrange to your liking add

any other elements if you like paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of 

choice to it merge group the mask layer add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name

copyrite info your credit of happy save as png
