open the template in psp go to image canvas size and size it to your liking u may have

add more white to the background layer delete the © layer then click on sqaure 4

select all float defloat and paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and

hit delete select none delete the original layer do this for the rest of the layers on

the temp adding different papers

paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of

choice to it mereg group the mask layer paste the beads as a new layer and place behind all layers but above 

the mask layer paste the noel as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste your tube of choice as a new 

layer and place where you like paste the tinsel,candles,candy cane and holly as new layers reszie these to your

liking duplicate as many as you like and arrange to your liking paste a bow,bauble and snowflakes as new 

layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your liking paste the wreath as a new layer and place 

where you like paste the sparkles as a new layer resize duplicate and place these where you like add any 

other elements to the tag if you liek add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name 

copyrite info your credit if happy save a png
