open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

Paste frame 4 as a new layer resize if you like and place in the middle of the canvas take the selection tool set 

to rectangle and make a selection on the frame paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place over the 

selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame paste another paper of choice as a new 

layer place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer

Paste the bubbles ,doodle 2 and berries as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these to your 

liking paste the music notes,text with wings and the fan as new layers resize to your liking and place where 

you like paste a tube of your choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the pillow as a new layer 

resize and duplicate as many as you like and place under the tube layer

Paste the stars as a new layer resize if you like and place under the frame

Paste the feathers as a new layer resize duplicate and place to your liking add any other elements from the kit 

if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if 

happy save as png
