open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

paste a frame of choice from the kit as a new layer resize to your liking and place in the middle of the canvas 

paste a paper of choice and place under the frame add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer 

paste the wreath as a new layer and place under the frame layer use the selection tool set to piont to point and 

 erase the parts that show at the bottom

paste the sparkles and beads 3 as new layersand place in the frame paste the white xmas tree as a new layer 

resize to your liking duplicate and place at the sides of the frame paste your tube of choice as a new layer and 

place where you like paste the kitten as a new layer resize duplicate and place these to your liking

paste the presents,garland and candy cane as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and arrange to your 

liking paste bauble as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and place these around the tube paste 

the berries 3 as a new layer resize duplicate and place behind the frame layer

paste bells 2 and ribbon as new layers reszie to your liking duplicate and place to your liking add any other 

elements from the kit if you like add your filters and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name
