open the template in psp delete the © layer and the text layer if you like then click on one of the layers select 

all float defloat and paste a paper of choice as a new layer over the selected area invert and hit delete select 

none and then delete the original layer do the same of rthe rest of the layers adding papers to them paste a 

tube of choice and place inside the rectangle layer and add one to the cirlce layer too

paste the tinsel as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and place around the rectangle layer paste 

the beads as new layer and place to your liking i put mine under all layers but above the last layer paste the

star 2 as a new layer resize duplicate as many as you like and arrange to your liking

paste the candle and holly 2 as new layers resize to your liking duplictae and place where you like paste the 

garland as a new layer resize duplictae as many as you like and place under the christmas text if you like paste 

the bells with bow as a new layer resize and place to your liking paste the sparkles as a new layer resize to 

your lking duplictae as many as you like and place to your liking add any other elements to the tag if you like 

add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as

png
