Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

Paste frame 2 from the kit as a new layer place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like paste a tube of 

choice and place under the frame then click on the frame layer then take the magic wand and click inside the 

frame modify expand by 4 and then click back on the tube layer invert and hit delete select none do the same 

again for another tube so you have the in the frame

Paste another tube of choice and place to your liking paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all 

layers and do what you did for the tube layers then paste another paper of choice as a new layer and add a 

mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer

Paste the 2011 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these where you like paste the 

fireworks as a new layer resize to your liking and duplicate as many as you like and arrange to your liking 

paste the stars, hat and watch as new layers resize to your liking and arrange to your liking

Paste the feathers as a new layer resize and place along the bottom of the tube

Paste the starburst as a new layer and place under all layers but above the mask layer add any other elements

if you like add your filters and shadows crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if 

happy save as png
