Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later Paste frame 5 from the kit as a new 

layer place in the middle of the canvas resize if you like paste a tube of choice and place where you like take 

the selection tool set to point to point and make a selection on the frame all the way round then paste a paper 

of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below the frame paste a paper of 

choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer paste 

the champagne,a champagne glass and fan as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place these to the 

sides of the tube paste the center piece as a new layer resize duplicate and place these behind the champange 

paste the 2011-2 as a new layer resize duplicate and these where you like paste the fireworks and stars as 

new layers resize to liking and arrange how you like paste a bow of choice as a new layer resize duplicate and 

place these to your liking paste the shoes,mask and beads as new layers resize to your liking and place where 

you like paste the sparkles 2 as a new layer resize if you like duplicate and place these under the tube layer at 

each side add any other elements from the kit if you like add your filters and drop shadows to the tag crop 

and resize the tag add your name copyrite info your credit if happy save as png
