SUPPLIES NEEDED

PSP 9 (ANY VERSION WILL WORK)

IMAGE OR TUBE OF CHOICE

SCRAPKIT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED BLACK SWAN BY VICKI

WHICH YOU CAN PURCHASE FROM HERE & HERE

MASK OF CHOICE

FONT OF CHOICE

Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste element 41 as a new layer 

 

resize if you like and move to the middle of the canvas

Take the magic wand and click inside element 41 modify expand by 3 and paste a image of choice over the

 

selected area invert and hit delete select none move below element 41

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer add a mask of your choice to it merge group the mask layer and move

 

below all layers paste elements 8 and 21 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate as many s you like and 

 

arrange around element 41 paste elements 2 and 36 as new layers resize to your liking and put these where 

you like

Paste element 13 ,27 and 42 as new layers resize and then put then to your liking

Paste element 48 as a new layer resize duplicate and put them where you like paste element 43 as a new layer

 

resize to your liking duplicate 3 times and arrange these around element 41 but move under all layers but 

 

above the mask layer add any other elements if you like add y our shadows and filters crop and resize the tag 

 

 add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
