Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

Paste the lace frame as a new layer and place in the middle of the canvas then paste lace 2 as a new layer and

place on top of the lace frame resize if you like so it’s a little smaller than the lace frame then paste the lace 

frame again on top of the lace and resize that so it’s a little smaller than the lace then click inside the 2nd lace 

frame with the magic wand modify expand by 3 and then click on the lace 2 and hit delete which will remove 

a part of the lace 2 select none now you have 3 lace frames

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer and place below all layers and add a mask of choice to it merge group 

the mask layer paste a clock from the kit as a new layer place below all layers but above the masked layer 

resize so fits nicely under the lace frames paste the tower as a new layer resize also so it fits inside the frames

Paste décor 4 as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these at the top and bottom of the lace 

frames paste a bow of choice an place on the top of the frame also paste the butterfly as a new layer resize to

your liking duplicate and place where you like paste the pearls 2 as a new layer resize to your liking and place 

where you like paste the text as a new layer resize duplicate and rotate any way you like and place these

inside the frame at the sides of the tower paste the hearts as a new layer place below all layers but above the 

mask layer add any other elements you like paste a tube of your choice as a new layer add your shadows and 

filters if you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
