open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later

paste a frame of choice from the kit as a new layer resize to your liking duplicate and place these side by side

then merge them both together paste your tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking take the 

selection tool and make a selection on the frame paste a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit 

delete select none move below all layers paste the curtains as a new layer resize so they fit across the frame 

paste elements 21,51,34 and 49 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and arrange to your liking

Paste elements 41 and 33 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place to your

liking paste elements 20 and 63 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and arrange to your liking paste 

element 50 as a new layer image rotate so it’s the other way around resize so it fits across the frame and place 

under the frame move up a little add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters and shadows to 

the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
