Open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste the frame as a new layer resize

to your liking image rotate 90 to the left or right duplicate and place these side by side merge them both 

together take the magic wand and click inside the now merged frame modify expand by 3 and paste a paper 

of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete don’t deselect yet paste a tube/s of choice over the 

selected area and hit delete on each of them select none and move them below the frame layer

Paste the curtains as a new layer resize so it fits inside the frame place below the frame duplicate image mirror 

to the other side then merge them both together then click on the frame take the magic and do as you did 

above for the paper and tube layers select none

Paste a tube of choice as a new layer and place to your liking paste the winged heart as a new layer resize to

your liking an place where you like paste décor 2 as a new layer resize to your liking image rotate 90 to the 

left or right duplicate and place these under the frame to the sides

Paste the glass ,roses and box 2 as new layers resize to your liking and place these where you like paste dove

2 as a new layer resize duplicate to your liking and place these to your liking paste the cross and ribbon as 

new layer resize to your liking and place to your liking paste the rose vine as a new layer resize duplicate and 

place these on the frame to the sides paste a paper of choice as a new layer place below all layers and add a 

mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer add any other elements to the tag if you like add your filters 

and shadows to the tag crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as png
