open a new canvas 700x700 72 dpi white we can crop and resize later paste ele 27 as a new layer resize if 

you like and place in the middle of the canvas click inside ele 27 as a new layer modify expand by 2 and paste 

a paper of choice over the selected area invert and hit delete select none move below ele 27 paste a tube of 

choice as a new layer and place to your liking

Paste elements 45,42 and 30 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate as many as you like and place to 

your liking paste elements 4,25 and 18 as new layers resize to your liking duplicate and place where you like

Paste element 14 as a new layer and place to your liking paste a paper of choice place below all layers and

add a mask of choice to it merge group the mask layer add any other elements if you like add your shadows 

and filters if you like crop and resize the tag add your name copyright info your credit if happy save as
